About this Opportunity

As a Digital Platform executive at Diversified, you’ll report to the Systems Analyst and work as part of the larger Marketing team. As a key member of our digital team you will work closely with the event marketing teams to ensure timely and planned delivery of digital content to support our campaigns.

 Responsibilities include

  • Overseeing and advising on website content changes ensuring all updates are completed using the most effective solution.
  • Providing guidance and assistance in the digital project decision-making process.
  • Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour.
  • Analytics & tracking monitoring and support across all digital products.
  • Assisting with the development of enhancements to our websites built on wordpress in line with our Digital Strategy.
  • Assisting the marketing teams with their campaign advertising using tools such as Google Adwords, Google Doubleclick, Facebook, and Campaign Monitor.
  • Being involved throughout the development cycle from gathering requirements, building and presenting mockups through to implementation and testing.
  • Documentation and testing of our existing and any new digital products including integration with other internal and external systems.
  • Ongoing management of domains and hosting products.
  • Continually on the lookout for ways to improve our processes and systems to maximise digital product functionality and efficiency.

About you

  • You will have a minimum of 2-3 years hands on experience with HTML and CSS.
  • You are motivated and passionate, with a drive for achieving stronger ROI through the application of new marketing campaigns.
  • You have strong analytical skills and excellent working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords.
  • An understanding of mobile responsive web design and development.
  • An understanding of wireframing and mockups and how to create them.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage with a range of key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Experience with PHP and MySQL, WHM and cPanel, along with knowledge of tools such as Google Tag manager, Google DoubleClick for Publishers and Google Webmaster tools would be an added bonus – but not essential!
